Most people admire the 100-metre sprint.
The fastest individual wins.
Nothing wrong with that.
But what has always fascinated me is the relay race.
Four runners.
Different strengths.
Different responsibilities.
One starts.
One sustains.
One handles the transition.
One finishes.
The team wins not merely because of speed.
It wins because of continuity, trust, coordination, and the ability to pass the baton without dropping it.
